Membership forms

Membership includes both the ISU Annuitants Association (ISUAA) and the State Universities Annuitants Association (SUAA). Effective January 1, 2020 annual dues will be $46. $39 is for SUAA dues, and $7 is for ISUAA dues.

Using the following forms to join ISUAA:

• Form for Annuitant/Retired (Effective January 1, 2020)
• Form for Current Employee (Effective January 1, 2020)
